2. Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Certain items (custom orders, hygiene products, digital content) are non-returnable.
3. Process

- We will issue a Return Authorisation and provide the return address.
- Ship the product back to us; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless otherwise agreed).
4. Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned goods and inspect them.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of receipt.
We will cover the return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
